1. Confederates

Some of Waxwing’s games involve people “on the inside” acting out given roles unbeknownst to the other players. If you have an interest in acting or have always thought James Bond was just about the definition of cool… maybe this role is right for you. Confederates can even make a little commission.

2. Campus Reps

If you are a college student and A) wish adults were still allowed to play tag B) have seen “The Game” at least 10 times C) derive special pleasure from watching your friends enjoy something you’ve helped create or D) all of the above, then being a Campus Rep is right for you.

Campus Reps are Waxwing’s eyes, ears, and voice on college campuses. They help us create, publicize, facilitate, and generally, mastermind games played on their home turf—and they get a share of the commission on any game played under their watch. Sound like fun? Shoot us an email and let the games begin.

3. Clue-Designers

Do you love what Waxwing does but wish you could put some of the great ideas you have for clues into the game? Now is your chance. If you make a clue, puzzle, or, heck, an entire treasure hunt, and we use it—we’ll pay you for it! Happy inventing. Can’t wait to see what you come up with.

4. Host a Game Night

If you are a Chicago coffee shop, gallery, restaurant or any business with a desire to be a place where the neighborhood can gather, hosting a game night may be right for you.

Here’s how it works: You provide the place, we facilitate the games. We choose games that can be played by large groups and get people interacting and meeting one another. Similar to concerts or comedy shows, Waxwing’s game nights cost a few dollars at the door, which is then split between Waxwing and the hosting venue.

Game nights are a great way to build the life of the neighborhood, provide a place where people can gather and meet each other, and introduce people to your venue. Contact info@waxwingpuzzleco.com to get a game night started in your neighborhood.

5. Beta-Testers

Waxwing is always making new games and we need people to help us test them and work the bugs out. If you want to get in on the ground floor of a new game and help us perfect it, then keep an eye on our Twitter and Facebook feeds for calls for Beta-testers. (No, sadly, we can’t pay for this one… unless of course you count the savings from playing for free…).
